Fantastic video, Rachel! I’m surprised in that I am subbed and watch regularly almost every one of these booktubers. I did manage to find one or two new ones, though. I also added out my tbr with some great new to me books as well.

How fun! I loved your Horror Video, and I have been wanting to read more SCi-Fi so this is great! my friend Monica at Moonie reads is a big Sci-Fi reader and I get a lot of my recommendations from her. Embers of War sounds super interesting! That is one I will need to pick up for sure! The Humans is one I have been wanting to pick up for a while now, so I definitely need to make it to that one! I just finished the Binti Series, and while the books were all very short, it was a really great adult sci-fi story!

I love these videos! It can be so challenging to find SFF people sometimes. I know most of these people, but I'm always happy to find more! This is a good reminder that I need to read Embers of War ASAP. I was also thinking about picking up The Light Brigade recently..had no idea that Angela had read it lol. I've heard of Do You Dream of Terra-Two, but I didn't remember what it was actually about.

Wow, what a wonderful collaboration. Thanks. This gave me some great book recommendations and some hear channel recommendations, too. I also saw a couple of friends, Jade and Shannon. Two very thoughtful and great reviewers. Definitely check their channels out. Like one of the gentlemen suggested, I'd recommend James S.A. Corey's Levuathan Wakes (The Expanse), Martha Wells' Murderbot Diaries...and I would also suggest John Scalzi's Old Man's War series and Steven Gould's Jumper series. All very thoughtful Science Fiction. Thank you for this video.

Thanks you! I'm glad you enjoyed it and found some new channels to check out. (I also love Jade & Shannon.) I'm a huge fan of The Expanse series and most of Scalzi's work, so we definitely have overlap in our scifi tastes. I will have to look up those Jumper books

@@TheShadesofOrange - Stephen Gould's world is really interesting. There is a great TV series on KZbin Premium called Impuse. It is not exactly drawn from the books, but VERY similar. There was a movie many years ago (Jumper), but they didn't do justice to his world. I hope you like it.

I know I'm late to the party on this video. I discovered your channel somewhat recently, and I've really enjoyed the content. I'm always looking for more booktubers talking about science fiction, and I love that you collaborated with and linked so many of them here. I was already following a few of them, but I subscribed to several more you listed and have been enjoying those videos as well. Booktube seems to be overflowing with fantasy and lacking in science fiction and horror (other than Stephen King, of course). I really appreciate your channel and the work you put into your videos.

Ahh yes I agree... I feel there is not enough sci fi representation on booktube. Most creators I find read 80% Fantasy and only maybe 20% sci fi
