Hi, My name is Dan, I am simple Russian man. My dream is to speak English, I learn English from old American films. In this video we will show prices in the grocery store after two weeks of sanctions & WE ALSO HAVE NEWS.
We respect polite and cultural visitors🙏🖐, we are not a political channel, so we do not welcome political comments, and of course we do not support rudeness and insults. Please 🙏 keep in mind before you write anything, you may be banned. Just imagine that leaving a rude comment you waste your energy and a couple of minutes of your life , at the same time an administrator spend less than a second when he clicks the "ban user" button.

Thank you so much for allowing everyone to "see" the way most citizens live in Russia... as you may know, most of us in the US are the same, simple people who only wish to be happy and raise our families... if only the peoples in charge of all our countries would stop all the ugliness. You have a beautiful history as do all of our countries... its time to tell our leaderships to celebrate different cultures and help one another. I pray all of this mess is over soon as Russia is high on my bucket list to visit someday. Cheers to you all, stay healthy and safe!

The sanctions won't impact Russia at all, except for the imported luxury goods. They produce everything locally, from locally produced resources - recursively into all kinds of industrial inputs. In US so many eggs are contaminated with salmonella that its advised to keep them cold to limit it's growth, also we are all advised not to eat raw or undercooked eggs. I think the salmonella contamination is due to the large scale egg production practices. Eggs were fine in the US many decades ago, but not now. We can buy pasteurized eggs to use in Caesar dressing and homemade mayo if we want to be safe. I feel sad that my grandchildren can't lick the spoon or egg beaters or scrape the bowl from cake batter. Brownie batter, etc. that contains raw eggs.. but it's not worth risking them getting sick.

It doesn't get any more political than the title of this video, "PRICES IN RUSSIA After 2 Weeks Of SANCTIONS! " What do you think the intent of this video is? What are his motives? This is not the reality in Russia right now. This is propaganda. The sanctions that were imposed by the West caused the rouble to lose nearly 50% of its value against the greenback and they can no longer use their credit cards. Do you really think going out to shopping malls is part of everyday Russian life is right now? There is intent behind this seemingly simple Russian video and it has everything to do with politics. Do a little critical thinking and you'll see that.

4:20 "Most of these goods from China" - I laughed so hard at that because that's just like at a store in the US. We have so much more in common than our leaders represent. Stay well, you all!

@@generalviewer8347 Me too. They are accustomed to IPhones, McDonalds and Ikea. It will take some time to reinvent those chain stores and electronics. This was not their fault. And how many years will it be before Russian Airlines are allowed back in any NATO airspace? The reason there are no restrictions on travel to Russia is because no one is coming except China and they self mask on their own without mandates. I really wanted them to be able to come to USA. 😩😩PLUS, no more Russian Vodka.... ANYWHERE. :(

Yeah I think these two are from the Western side of Russia which is essentially Europe. The only thing from stopping them from actually integrating into Europe is their leaders. But they won't be around forever and the younger generation there are very pro West as you can see here. My guess is that by the end of this century, Western Russia (where the majority of the people are) will have broken away from the central Asian states and will be part of Europe. The idea was to speed this up via trade and this had come to a halt now but Putin's generation will be gone in twenty years

That is a beautifully clean and well stocked store. Beats anything I've been to in my tiny corner of the world in Southern California. Geez...why is it so expensive to eat healthy? 😖 This channel is a nice change of pace from the rest of the craziness. I'm subscribing. 🙂 🇷🇺

I'm in Canada and I'm thinking Walmart also, but he said middle class. Low class and mid shop at Walmart. Canadian tire is like Walmart but more expensive and classy...I'm thinking if he says mid class it's like a Canadian tire. More expensive. Also when we had Target is was a mid class and priced higher than our Walmarts. So don't be so quick to say Walmart
