There is a place i once knew that is recognised by only one thing, its the worlds second biggest canyon. In Australia. I have no idea what it was called. It was a stunning hole to camp in. Roos plenty. I mention it because this seems like the place to. After finding your channel i feel like i found a new friend, it takes a real freak of nature to be a mate of mine, lucky you. And yes, we will never meet and sadly il never sit by a campfire and banta with you but your a cool bloke, real genuine. I just bought my first hiking pack from being inspired by you. Its a carribee pulse and i have no idea how to use it but its exciting, thinking that i could go to these places and do these things. Your videos are beautiful. Jurassic park. The beginning of earth. We are bearly out of the woods as a species and you make me want to go back into the woods.... haha yeah. Its sad i have no friends, just my woman and son but now you are my magic internet friend, you dont needa do nuffin. Its just comforting to have. I got a new pair of work boots too..., puma. Not sure if they were a good decision but its all i could get for my giant size feet. I have a intellectual learning disability so i live on a pension, i have huge suicidal issues but your making it better with your friendly nature... its amazing iv made it this far at all. I just quit smoking, vaping, bongin, and im riding my mountain bike daily now. I have huge financial debt but im tackling it head on and facing my fears. Its the words you speak i find so inspiring. Iv allways been alone and never thought others think the way i do. I have dreams... dreams of the places you go. I dream i take a 4 hour bus to the airport and fly to canberra to catch another coach bus to snowys. I have not seen the snow since i was 6. It would be a peaceful way to disappear and never return. I like the wax paper you put your foods in, i want to get some. Tonight il try not vom up my beer. Anyway.. thankyou for another adventure. Peace ✌️ 😢

Hey mate, you are definitely not along in the way you think and feel. Just know that, without needing to see proof. Convince yourself in the fact that there are more people like you than there are not. I know it’s hard to believe sometimes but it’s true. I’m happy to hear you’ve quite the smokes and are getting out on the bike so often, you HAVE to keep that up. Definitely use that pack to get out into the bush, I think it will really light a spark within you and change your perspective and your life in the long run. You won’t regret it. Just start easy. Campgrounds. Day walks then back to the campground. Then expand from that, you don’t need to go far from a fire trail or a hiking trail to feel a million miles from everything and everyone. That’s what I do a lot of the time. Enjoy the peace out there mate. I wish you all the best 🙏 Mattsy

Hi Matt awesome video as usual. You can't beat those views. How did you find the Denali tent that you were using any good ? Keep these videos coming thanks mate

G’day Glen, Certainly can’t! It’s a pretty good tent, especially for the price. Just out of Anaconda. Easy to setup and pack up. Only downside is that it’s not freestanding. I do like it though. 👌 Will do. Thanks for watching, mate. 👍

great vid ... do you ever use snake gaiters?

Thanks mate 👍 I don’t but I probably should to be honest. It’s a worthy investment that’s for sure.

Great vid again Mattsy, Such a shame to see the vast areas the 2020 Bush fires destroyed. All those dead trees and loss of canopy. Can see why they say we likely lost over a billion Animals. Will take 15+ years to fully recover. Hope we don't see that again anytime soon.

What’s so funny about them? This is a very serious documentary about hiking in the outdoors. 🧐😂😂

I find myself spending more and more time out in the blue mountains. For the exact same reasons you do. If I meet you out there someday I’ll let myself be known (if you see this). If you see me, my kit is OD green and Tasmanian Tiger/ Helikon. Cooee.

Please do, mate! Yeah, it’s absolutely stunning out there. I put off exploring it for so long because I just assumed it would be packed full of people but they generally stick to the trails anyway, wasted time! Ah well, never too late. 😄

How long would a driverless car last in the Army- a day maybe before they break it- I say 4 hours in my day maybe 30 minutes to be honest.
