One can create anime like characters in the Sims already. This just enhances the simulated life of those characters. I enjoy building mansions, replicating homes I have been in, trying to duplicate floorplans, and watching my characters stories as they unfold. And the best part of it is that any drama between the characters is much easier to bear when it is all in Simlish. (If you have ever heard two people arguing in a language you don't understand, you get the idea.)
