Medical error for individuals, teams and systems: Martin Bromley

How this only has 48 likes is horrible! I am a Nurse Practitioner and a prior USCG Aviator. I see the value in Mr.Bromley's story and THOSE OF US IN HEALTH CARE NEED TO HEAR THIS STORY!!! We must do better and it starts with understanding the process of human error.

really interesting video, as a student nurse (mature aged 52) I was shocked by some things I found when I started in the NHS and the hierarchy and how disrespectful some senior doctors can be, who fell because of their position they feel they know best. We are a team and everyone should feel they have a voice and will be listened to. Martin is so good when he talks about taking responsibility when he flies, this is not the case in the NHS, and it needs to change.
