When I was learning Swedish, my friend from Sweden gave me a way to remember/pronounce the A diphthongs (those little symbols over or under letters): Ä ä - pronounced like the ‘ea’in the word “*ea*r” Å å - think of the little o on top as “oh!” so together it’s “oa” where the a follows short, so “o-wah” is how it sounds, but really, really short/tight together. Hope that helps! (Also, I’m in the USA, so these are how my friend suggested it based on American English pronunciation.) Regarding the makeover itself, I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS. That cornflower colour is one of my fave blues!! Beautiful job, love how it ties in with the pops of same colour in your bedroom, too!! 💖👻🖤

I looked up the Morton salt catch phrase after watching this video. It's a play on the old proverb, but it means that when it is raining and the humidity is higher, the salt still pours out and doesn't stick to itself or dissolve. I am so used to having salt that pours (or ginds) well when the humidity is high that I didn't even consider this when reading the slogan. Very interesting! Beautiful makeover too.

I have a suggestion for the light in the closet. I mounted three lights in my long closet in my bedroom. I stuck magnets to the underside of a shelf (came with the lights), and they hold the lights in place. The lights are rechargeable (they go for a month or two, at least), and can be turned off and on, OR set to motion sensing, which is what I do. This would eliminate the traveling cord, and the awkwardly placed switch. I just bought mine on Amazon.
