I think perhaps, instead of painting just the tip of the pean bean, making that a full circle will help avoid that. Could also lower the circle a bit so it looks more overlapping.

The new colors look great! It's a more mature palette but still very fun, and everything look more cohesive. I also love that your team seems to be a bit more careful lately about practicability and protection when you are doing more manual work (like those fabulous overalls for painting make way more sense than white "nice" clothes. I also noticed a better use of gloves, masks and glasses when you are using tools, and I think it's great!). It's quite important to do for your own safety but also to set an example, it shows a bit more professionalism.

I think the mural turned out great! I love that when you'd see those colours side by side in cans, you wouldn't necessarily think they go together, but when they're up on the wall they create so much contrast and a lot more "oomph" than the previous colours did. It feels more mature for sure! Also, the shapes compliment the fun oblong sofas you have, too. Great job!!

I really like the new color scheme. Carrying the color around the door onto the adjacent wall really makes it feel cohesive with the room. I'm feeling the new color scheme. It makes the place seem more sophisticated. I have been wanting that Restoration Hardware TV Easel for at least 5 years, but it was out of my affordability range. Three years or more ago, I purchased a heavy, solid wood and metal tv easel from a Facebook marketplace ad, from a woman in Seattle. She was selling it for $35.00. I offered her $50.00. It is a sort of MCM/Industrial style piece, that has 2 shelves, accommodates my 46" tv, and eventually will house a larger size one. Mine doesn't have wheels. I'm in love with it!

The easel for the tv was a great find! I got a free one from the high school I work at, they were throwing away the extra old/broken ones but the one I got was hardly even broken. I took it in case I want to start painting again and in the meantime I use it in my entryway to elevate a simple closet mirror.

My sister and I used to spend our summers designing DIY barbie houses/character villages from scratch- we would use things from around the house and our old toys to repurpose them and create a beautiful home/village for the toys to live in. We never ended up playing with the barbies or the toys because we enjoyed the process of design more than the play itself. That’s one of the reasons why I love watching you guys so much! Your constant designing and redesigning with these crazy DIYs and awesome projects remind me of the olden times! Keep it up and stay amazing ❤️

i watched this again because i enjoyed the editing so much! love the way the before and afters were shot and edited. the new colours/shapes look like a fun modern take on a 90's reference or even a moody 'nickelodeon cartoons design' -- which itself was a modern take on Memphis design (my fave). also love the dark teal window frame with the tone of mint wall. tone on tint on shade of the same hue is always great to see in spaces! i also love the different shape pendants painted the same mustard!
