I've made strawberry cinnamon rolls a lot, but I've never seen your technique and I like it and I'm definitely going to give this a try. I've never put the cream cheese filling on top of the brown sugar and then the strawberry filling, there's no doubt in my mind these are going to be off the chain pretty damn good. I'm so glad I found this recipe I can't wait to try it.

Probably pwdred sugar as granulated sugar is harder to dissolve in uncooked buttercream. For every one stick of cream cheese, use 1 to 2 Cups of powder sugar, 1/2 stick butter, and 4 tablespoons or more of milk or heavy cream .... until you reach desired consistency. Add 1 to 2 tsp of desired flavor.
