Great video! Old Trail Town is on the top of a short list of well preserved Old West Structures and other artifacts. A must see for any genuine Old West history buff.

It's pretty cool to get an insight into everyday life of the West and trying to imagine what living in one of those towns was like.

Excellent work as usual, Travis. The "probably not" images, Buster Keaton clips, etc., are brilliant.

A little off your usual historical path. I like it! My opinion is that Wheaton was justified in killing Gallagher. Gallagher had held Wheaton at gunpoint for hours, had said he was going to kill everybody at the ranch, yet he let everybody out of his sight except for Wheaton. When Wheaton got the drop on Gallagher and gave him the order to drop the weapon, Gallagher did not comply and made that turn towards him...deadly force movement , and not the first one of the day, having had the gun out and on Wheaton for hours. Clearly Wheaton's life had been in jeopardy for hours and at the only opportunity he had to get the drop on Gallagher, he did. Instead of shooting Gallagher, Wheaton gave him the opportunity to drop the gun. Wheaton should never have been found guilty of wrongdoing and was wrongly imprisoned. Justice out west was a peculiar thing. Thanks for the interesting subject matter, nice change of pace.

Some of this rings a little familiar. Growing up in a small town in UT...some things don't change (well, without the ADW of course).

For every woman there was 79 men on average! Whew! Women have a method of operation, how they come in your life, that's how they go out ! Evidently she couldn't manipulate Gallagher but she could manipulate the kid !
