I don't believe in fake and dishonest starts to relationships because they only delay the inevitable. So in my personal opinion if you ask a question you're going to get an honest answer and if you can't handle it don't ask. So if she asked him about other contestants she should have been prepared for him to be honest and she should have been prepared to accept his answer, otherwise stay away from the question.
