Wise words, even to a 56 year old. I would add (or do a separate vide on) ego. Being able to set your ego aside will make a much happier person and more at ease with ourself and almost any situation. 9 out of 10 times your'e gong to get upset or in a conflict not because of the situation but because you let your ego get in the way. Learn to put your ego back in it's box and deal with people and situations for what they are and not how they're trying to make you feel. You'll suddenly be bullet proof.

Too often black men tear each other down, and don't build each other up which causes all kinds of self doubt, and lack of self confidence; which is a big weakness. Being in an uncomfortable place is a great character builder, because you see light at the end of that dark tunnel. Optimism is key to me. Staying optimistic after a few failures keeps one going toward the finish line! Keep up the great work brotha!
