Thanks! For cleaning I've found the "Magic eraser" (melamine sponges) work great to remove any grease or marks from the shoes.

Any concerns on wear areas of the shoe (heel & toe)? How stable is the shoe? Does it hold the heel and forefoot comfortably? Does the shoe have any arch support or will alternate insoles be required for those who have high arches?

(1) The front of the shoes lack toe bumpers so they start to show scratches pretty quickly. (2) I found the shoes to be comfortable but a bit too flexible (3) The included insoles have okay arch support, I would recommend trying it out, and swapping them out if you don't like them. Note, DMT appears to have replaced the KR3 with the KR30 which visually appear to address some of the issues.

Hi, being an Italian design shoes, how is it compare to Shimano sizing? is it true to size like Shimano size 44 to DMT size 44or smaller? Thanks

Good question, DMT's sizing is a bit confusing. We actually rode with a EUR 43 for the DMT shoes compared to Shimano EUR 44 shoes and felt like it was similar. The shoes are a bit more narrow in the toe box than Shimano or Bontrager though.

@@TheSweetCyclists Since my Shimano Size is a 48 (12.3US), in DMT it pointed me to a Size 46 (12US), so probably your are right. Thanks for answering my question.

The memory thing for LOOK cleats kept sliding in the shoe and making noise after I installed my speedplay cleats on. Anyone having the same issue?

You can try just putting a bolt through Look Keo Memory Tab to hold it in place so it won't rattle. If you use a low profile bolt I think your Speedplay cleats should still work without an issue.

what do you think about tendency of the sole to scratch?

I believe I mention in the review, but the DMT KR3 shows don't have the toe bumper - so yes it does scratch easily if you walk on it. So far the damage has just been superficial - but if you do a lot of walking with cycling shoes I'd recommend cleat covers or a different shoe with a replaceable toe bumper for protection.

Are these breathable for 110 F weather?

We don't have temperature quite that high here (110F riding sounds miserable!) so I can't give you a confident answer, but in the 80s here the shoes have been quite comfortable. If you're able to purchase it from somewhere with a good return policy you could test them out.

They snugs perfectly around the foot, but why the hell do they make them so narrow/pointy??? NO one have feets shaped like that!!!??? If they was shaped more naturally, I would for sure buy these...

The DMT shoes aren't actually as narrow as other shoes on the market and with the knit construction they expand easily. If you want more space in the toe box I'd recommend checking out Bont Cycling shoes. They have very wide and anatomically correct shapes with a variety of wide options available.

@@fjskj6529 The upper material is very flexible so unless you are a double wide it should work for you. I actually have wide feet as well (usually ride with Bont Vaypor S Euro 44 Wide) and found these to be comfortable. I would suggest thinking about the KR0 shoes if you can find one within your budget - it's just as flexible but feels more rigid.
