We are currently sitting @ sub2:28 for 200M BR and looking for any areas to focus on to drop more time. About to turn 14 and we are planning to add weight training, just wondering if you have any nuggets of wisdom for your friends across the pond :)

Noticed that both Alex and cam have been using the AG over the SL. Is it better for breaststroke? I used the sl last season and it was great especially breaststroke but is there a reason why the ag is more favorable for breaststroke?

Both boys haven’t tried SL but love AG. For Alex I knew he’d love. Cam liked it in training so much he wanted to try in race. He still prefers MR and Shockwave!
