Good video and glad you're enjoying the Cybertruck but it's hard to spend that amount of money when the SierraEV SilveradoEV offer so much more for less and made to be a truck first. You should also get the rear middle seat checked out that thing was moving around even before being unlatched and then flopped down and bounced several times that's pretty cheap so hopefully it can be fixed/better secured

@@AaronCrawford do you normally stare at aircon controls, and moving maps and your speed while driving? I doubt it, Ironically, I switch between 2 cars. One has CarPlay. And the one with a massive crystal clear 3 way reverse camera, and moving maps, is INFINITELY safer to drive (Tesla)... Especially when navigating school car parks and reversing out of tight driveways with small kids around. At no stage does it distract you, very much the opposite. (FYI, You don’t have access to apps while driving). I bet my left nut the telsa screen would be quicker and less distracting to do most functions like navigate to work, or home, or adjust aircon etc then any car on the market. (With the exception of opening the glove box 🤣). You don’t have any appreciation for the massive smooth rolling map, until you lose it and drive something else. Give it a go and you might surprise yourself. Many many people have had a go of my car. And not one person didn’t like it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Now this is the type of review I was waiting on. Thank you bro. And I got to say those running boards look great. You made a good point bro. That's why even though I've been looking at Teslas to buy the stocks, I like having the old school stocks. I'm not a fan of the buttons on the steering wheel, so even though I'm looking at a Tesla to buy, I'm looking at the older ones because I like the stocks. Is there a way to put the old stocks on the newer Teslas? Like if I replace the whole steering wheel can I add the stocks back? Yeah that pillar it makes a big blind spot. I wouldn't be a big fan of that, especially considering that I'm super cautious when I drive so I always double and triple check and I would be super nervous with that pillar making such a big blind spot, especially when I'm turning. I’ve seen some people install wheel stalks on newer model 3s. Model 3 also don’t have any drive stalks with the screen swipe shifter, and the button blinkers. I believe they were able to keep the factory wheel, and added the stalks behind the steering wheel. I’m not entirely sure about specific details, but I’ve seen it done!

I bought my model 3 tesla used on tesla's site. Best purchase of my life... Now I want to get an EV I can sleep over night in on long road trips...

Different ride heights don't affect range enough to notice because as soon as you get up to slow freeway speeds it automatically lowers you down to the most efficient height for aero. This is one of the best 5 features of the truck. I've already crawled over bigger logs and rock than I thought was possible, even with a jacked 4x4, because of those two pumpkins hanging on the center of the axles on ICE 4x4's. The only way to get more ground clearance on an ICE 4x4 is to put bigger tires on it, lifting the body doesn't chance your ground clearance. Bigger tires are fine, if you like getting 9 MPG!

Just wanted to add that reaching over the high side of the bed, and the camera in the tailgate not being usable when the tailgate is down or both problems that pretty much every new pickup has no matter if it's gas diesel or electric. They just make everything way too big and way too tall to be easy to manage these days. All the car manufacturers care about is getting more money out of your pocket because of them selling you a bigger and bigger and bigger vehicle every year.

This was a great, honest review. I have a 2023 F150 Lightening. I love it! It’s got a lot more electrical outlets though, especially on the inside, in multiple different places. With all the anti-EV people out there, I liked that it looks like a regular F150. I’ve seen so many videos of haters scratching Tesla’s because they’re just plain unhappy people. I love the black you did on the hood. Great video!

In almost half a year of ownership, I've never even used the 120V outlet in the Cybertruck's cab (but I've used both the 120V and 240V outlets in the bed a number of times). Very handy. And they provide more power overall than the F-150's electrical outlets. I mean, who needs 11 outlets? That's more than my kitchen has, if I ever needed more I would use one of those outlet multiplier adapters. That's never going to happen though, I feel like you just brought up the number of individual 120V outlets in your Lightning because it was the only spec that could beat the Cybertruck.

Great review. I am always on the fence about this truck, I love the way it looks, loved launching friends cyberbeasts, but one of my fears from day one was if it was going to be Innovative for daily use, and sadly it falls short on a lot. It relies heavily on its looks, 0-60, and the engineering to make it all possible- but it doesn't deliver on tangible charm and a lot of times I wonder if anyone even tested it before it was released. Case in point - the horrible white dash reflections on the windows blocking your side mirrors, no rear view mirror camera, tonneau that can leak (questionable security), no additional locking capabilities for storage under bed, tail gate doesn't automatically go up, and countless other little niggles that add up. I've had my order since day one but I'm now in no rush at all to go through with it until I feel like they've created a complete product.

If you find yourself towing super long distances diesel is for you (Elon already said this lol). People carrying on that it’s a movie prop?
