I’m seeing a lot of HyperX Cloud/Alpha talk. Yes I agree, both are amazing, in this price range. They were actually in my test pile for this video. Reason they didn’t make it, 1st is they are so old (2015 release) 2nd the comfort (for me) is ehhhh at best. But I do agree, 2 amazing headsets u see $100

Yeah comfort is #1 priority for me and the Alpha legit gave me a headache that lasted two days LOL. Those things are unbearable.

Switch the earpard on the alphas to brainwavz hm5 velour, micro suede, hybrids or pleather ones (or any other manufacturers similar pads). And the comfort gets 10x better. The stock pads on the alphas are terrible, i switched them to hm5 pads on the first day and never put them back on.

Very comprehensive look at these headsets showing their aesthetics, headphone quality, mic quality, feature set etc. As a user of Senheiser X58 open back headphones, Audio Technica headphones & Corsair HS70 SE, I’m happy with my headphone variety and their respective audio quality and feature set and depending on the game and device I regularly change my headphone to suit each situation and I’m fortunate enough to have that choice. These reviews and some of these audio choices allow users to have the best all rounder in one so.union which is a great thing to also have.

I just bought the Turtle Beach Recon 70 and love them after one session. I only bought it to retire my Sony Gold headset as I used it as 100% wired, and now I'm gonna be using them 100% wireless. They have natural noise cancelation without the technology installed onto it. They're my first Turtle Beach headset after trying them on as a kid back in the mid 2000s on those display benches. I then played some Kino Der Toten on BO3 for that nostalgic experience that I never had.

Great video and I think it shows that when it comes to the top brands, there isn't much in it from one headset to another. I bought the blackshark v2 Pro about 6 months ago and don't regret it one bit. Techne talks about the comfort so much in this video but the sound quality is truly right up there too. Every footstep is crystal clear 👌
