I gotta go against some of the comments here and say that I think this is appropriately priced for what it is. I just tried the linear version at Best Buy and think it sounds good, again, for what it is. I understand that a lot of gamers want HE, hell, I have a Wooting with gateron jades, alumaze case, etc. I think it sounds like shit! Even with mods! Only 2 of the games I play even make use of rapid trigger. I can tell a difference, but it’s not earth shattering by any means IMO. It’s a good looking board, finally refreshed with PBT caps, at a good price. I still think it’s going to be quite a long time before “big box” store brands fully jump on the HE train the way people want them to.

@Jordan_9233 ай бұрын
The tactile feel is there, but a tad smoother compared to a standard mechanical keyboard that uses tactile switches. I would imagine its due to it being low-profile and the switches being factory lubed. I just bought this board and absolutely love it !

I wonder if i'll ever get used to not having proper multimedia keys or numpad other than the loose one i ordered too. It'll surely will be an upheaval switching to this. I'm not too worried about the competition nor the negative comments, seeing what they refer to as replacements or substitutes for this type of hardware. I welcome it with open arms, and i hope my G502 X PLUS can use the same dongle and free up an additional USB port in the process. Also, i hope that you can have it plugged in or change the battery somehow, should it fail or bulge out or something wierd later on. @@Bimmer_i4_M50 Keychron K1 Max for example for 104$? Way better sound, hot-swap (for 10$ extra), QMK VIA compatible.

But the keychron looks like made in 1970.

@@Bimmer_i4_M50 True, but from the extra money you can buy any keycap set and you will have a better board :D Dont get me wrong, I have zero problem with the logitech board, but the price. Big brands use to release boring basic (but decent ) boards and charge extra ~20-50% cost just because of the branding. That is my only problem.

Maybe a bit too pricey. $120 should be an alright pricing for this. As much as I like Logitech, it's unfortunate thst they don't do anything groundbreaking with their products, nor do they update lower end models like the G305, G705 or G502s which is the major sellers. That's a big enough reason not to go full Logitech for MnK players like myself.

Agree. They're playing it too safe, but maybe it's working for them for the time being.

7:20 im sorry but no, i love you man but this makes you sound like a shill and i know you are not one.

It’s a good board for $140, and even better at $99 for wired. I think the HE/RT argument is worn out, and this is an all around solid nice low profile board. How am I shilling, because I like it?
@Leinsterbaby6 ай бұрын
Honestly, it is very pricey for what it offers .....,value for money is non existent. But Techne, you are always good! :)

Non magnetic switches in 2024 ? No thanks logitech fell off
@vinhvu1556 ай бұрын
1. This is basically a refreshed G915 2. The G915 was not very good, yet this didn't even succeed it in terms of anything. Using the same switches, and are mostly the same. 3. At least the G915 is old and is often on sales. Grab that one if you really like the switch, etc. 4. Yet again, Logitech doesn't innovate. And with the crap launch of their previous keyboard. The community is extra watchful. 5. Just buy the Asus Low Profile if you really want a named low profile keyboard
@garethg82266 ай бұрын
These don't have the same switch's as the G915. They are cross stem.

Buy ASUS on sale*. The layout and 1mm actuation + latency performance make it really good for portable gaming if you prefer LP.

for a tiny bit more you can get a Lamzu Atlantis Pro which blows this out the water

@@System393failurehe has a valid point. Some people _need_ a low-profile board, and it's a great benefit to many others. Diffent audience. But I guess a fanboy like you has trouble understanding that.

Idk, design wise this things looks pretty clunky. If i was going to go with a low profile gaming keyboard, I'd go for the Deathstalker TKL which has way better aesthetic design imo.
