Hello again mate. I love a Boston cream pie but I love the flexibility of the cupcake version = especially if you're making them for a party. Plus with the hidden custard it's always good to see the amazement on people's faces when they bite into them :o)

You could use a flagpole with a couple of penny farthing wheels strapped to it if you're in a pinch mate. Use the big wheel though. The small one is only good for frothing up a skip sized frappucino :o(
