Except he bought him literally the worst modern vehicle he could think of, and it seems at least PARTIALLY so he could clickbait the title with “cybertruck.” If this guy couldn’t afford to buy another car for awhile as he said, buying him a car that is insanely expensive to fix and maintain, has a terrible failure rate, and takes absolutely forever to get most parts was really kind of a punishment. They are very hard to resell in a lot of cases, and there’s a reason that such a huge percentage of them are already being sold used. It just seems like at least part of his decision to do this with a cybertruck specifically was so he could clickbait the title with “cybertruck.” Why not buy him the same car he had before? Why not take him to a dealership and let HIM pick out a vehicle so he can take into account all of the things you should be thinking about when buying a car?

If you hack the scammer and use their money, even if the money originally belonged to your friend, you can face several legal charges. Here's a breakdown of the potential charges you could face: 1. **Unauthorized Access to Computer Systems (Hacking):** - Gaining unauthorized access to the scammer's computer or online accounts is illegal. This can result in charges under laws related to unauthorized computer access, such as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) in the United States. 2. **Theft:** - Taking the scammer's money to buy a car, regardless of the scammer's prior actions, constitutes theft. You are using money that, although obtained illegally by the scammer, is not legally yours to spend. 3. **Money Laundering:** - By purchasing a car with the stolen money, you might be charged with money laundering, as you are converting illicit funds into a legitimate asset. 4. **Possession of Stolen Property:** - The car purchased with stolen money can be considered stolen property, leading to charges for possessing stolen goods. 5. **Potential Wire Fraud:** - If the transactions involved using electronic communications (such as wire transfers), this could be seen as wire fraud. 6. **Returning Funds to Bitcoin Wallets:** - Even if you return funds to their original owners, you are still performing unauthorized transactions. Additionally, if the process involves hacking into the scammer’s accounts, this is another instance of unauthorized access. 7. **Vigilantism and Taking the Law into Your Own Hands:** - Acting outside the law to administer your form of justice can lead to additional legal issues, as you are bypassing legal processes designed to handle such situations. 8. **Potential Civil Liability:** - Beyond criminal charges, you may face civil lawsuits from the scammer or third parties affected by your actions. The legal system does not usually recognize the justification of hacking back or using illicit means to rectify a wrong. Instead, it encourages reporting the crime to law enforcement agencies and allowing them to handle the situation. Taking matters into your own hands not only undermines the legal process but also places you at significant legal risk.

Scammers are soulless and ruthless. They took my senior mother for everything she had, which wasn't much at all, but it was to her. It used to be if you found a wallet on the sidewalk and returned it to the owner there would be no need to involve authorities. However, things are different, waaay different. Including the money that was in it. And when I found someone else's wallet with a hundred bucks in it a month ago, I brought it to our lost and found in town as well. This stuff happens all the time. In saying that, scammers deserve what they eventually get. So, what makes you any different from the initial victim. They were scammed of their money, you eventually scammed the money back into your possession. Those initial victims don’t see any of it, you are just spending up and having a good time. (Good on you, have some fun and make some memories, just remember how much one small action can fuck up your life. Just to reiterate, anything better or worth more than what you own is evil. Once you grow up, begin earning a crazy amount of money, you will see the value of other’s hard work as well as your own. Rather than oversimplifying it into a physical insecurity.

I mean i think its all fake and just for views…. So the government may as well.. but the person who got scammed overseas would have to press charges and pursue all the legal actions that everybody else has to go through with lawyers and all to get any money back and to prove the whole thing actually happened.. so itd still cost them upwards of 30 grand to get any money back..

This is pretty wild. Not only for buying a cyber truck of all cars, but that you actually managed to take all that scammers money lmfao

I highly doubt that the videos of this channel are fake and have been acted by both sides. No real scams are happening. No real scamming of scammers either.

How to tell the video is fake: The guy that owned a cybertruck, connected a coffeemaker to it, and managed to burn it to the ground, somehow doesnt know how to open the door or shift.
