Regarding the rank of Castellan: A Castellan rules (at least in spirit) one of the Kasr fortress-cities back on Cadia. But i think that Templin Institute should cover some of the factions and nations from Overheaven (i.e. the Martian Alliance and/or the American Empire), that when the post-2150 maps are done. Overheaven, for everyone who doesn't know, is an alternate history/future worldbuilding project by a chap called NK-Ryzov, he has a lot of cool maps and art regarding the setting.

They would charge and attack across the shifting landscape.
