Greetings!! I love the attention to detail in how you describe the process. What I've been doing with my stories is creating an excel file and for each test case I include a screenshot of each part of the process for each test to ensure there are visuals to keep everyone else up to date on what the UI should look like with replicating the test case steps! I am new to the QA Software testing industry. I am a functional QA analyst. However, it is a very interesting field of work and I am thoroughly enjoying it!

Yes! You may write the test case today, but someone else is actually executing it later on. For example you may write the test and then go on vacation. Someone else will then have to carry it out.
