But either way in Descendants, all the villians dislike each other, so Hades could have gone under disguise to have a kid with someone he may have fell in love with, but it did not workout. This my own personal theory on Mal's Father, if you've seen the movie "Maleficent", Maleficent was a fairy and fell in love with King Stefan when she was young. Young King Stefan cared deeply for Maleficent.They kinda became a couple, but when they grew up things started to change. Maleficent became jealous and became bitter, too. Yet, she envy's not being invited to Aurora's christening, even when her and King Stefan were close friends before. My theory is that whatever happened after Aurora lived happily ever after and became when Aurora became queen, King Stefan and Maleficent have probably seen each other and may have had a child. Plus, King Stefan is a human and may have be called, " A Weak Human" by Maleficent. Which will make sense that why Mal has both a bad and good heart, and cares for people she loves. This is just a theory :)

In Maleficent’s backstory. I heard that she and King Stephan (Aurora’s stepfather who is mentioned a lot) used to date. But then he took her fairy wings in exchange for the throne. Maybe the had Mal but he already had the throne and Aurora so Maleficent did have Mal from a “weak human” and Hades helped raise Mal as a baby but then was banished to stay in the underworld.

in my opinion there are two possibilities of Maleficent's weak human: 1) Mal's father is Dr. Facilier and she's probably shamed of him since he is not a magical being but a dead dude with a magic stuff 2) Her father was actually Hades, and Maleficent is maybe afraid of him since he's basically a divine deity while she's just an evil fairy. a very powerful fairy yeah but not enough for the god king of death and the underworld.
