i’ve always taken “comfort crowd” as he’s lonely, and he needs someone to talk to, but he’s too afraid to talk to anyone. like he needs someone, but there’s no one there to comfort him. so he resorted to himself, talking to himself, using himself as comfort for whatever was going on. and the bridge is like he and this alter ego he created within himself are judged by others, but he doesn’t care. because he’s happy with himself, but he wants someone so bad. on the video portion, i think that he knew that if he just tried to hang out with the other conan (the fans call him bonan), that he would reject him. so he kills him, and makes a friend with his dead body, and imagines that he’s a real person and tells him all of his problems.

*I like recommending artist u should react to so here we go:* - Dodie Clark, she just has that soft but deep vibe and I LOVE how she writes her lyrics and metaphors - Thomas Sanders, he has only 3 original songs that do not have to do with Sanders Sides (his great internet series), but i think they all have a great message/story. He also has great covers/ songs that he changed and stuff - The Ghost Club, they are an alt/emo band and they are kinda a mix of Panic! at the disco and Twenty Øne Piløts. I especially like their newer songs - Tom Fearon, he has only one song, but i love it so much. He reminds me of Ed Sheeran (he’s a fan so that makes sense) and his voice is just so smooth - Beabadoobee, i am not that invested in this band (Im trying to be ^-^) but i like a few of their songs - Half alive, they have just a straight up vibe. Their songs all feel like a smooth, chill vibe. - Chloe Moriondo, soft girl™️. Great bops. *I apologise if u have done these before they just seem like ur type of music ( and also mine lol) :)*
