When we talk about ancient stories in the Game of Thrones universe, we usually think of the Long Night, or the building of the Ice Wall, because these were events so important that they marked the history of Westeros forever. But in the whispers of the night and the ancient books at the ice wall, there are legends of forgotten wars, which could be even more surprising and shocking than the long night. What would you think if I told you that the Starks fought against magical entities and triumphed, and that it was thanks to this that they acquired the ability to enter the bodies of animals? What if the Starks even destroyed the first Three-Eyed Raven? Are you interested to know what I'm talking about? Today we're going to take a closer look at one of those forgotten stories of Westeros. The Warg King and the Starks. Possibly the fight against the first three-eyed raven.

We definitely need a Stark series with The Warg King. And that's coming from a real Stark. That's my Scottish descent. It's loosely based on pshycho pompus cu sith and church Grimms so it's interesting enough that it can have both stereotypical g.o.t. motifs with darker mysticism themes. Great idea ,👍

Also, they always emphasized that there must always be a Stark at Winterfell so that's definitely a part of the pact/ritual/agreement or whatever treaty was done. Most likely involving some type of dark magic.

I agree theres alot of great stories that could be told, they can do a twilight zone type show where every episode is a different story, i would love to see Robert’s rebellion or the long night come to life. Or Ariel Targaryen claiming the black dread and him taking her to old valeria where she got sick with type of fireworm parasite. There’s endless possibilities cause theres alot of stories from GRRM with not enough content for its own show but good for a episode or 2… somebody shoot this to HBO

1.I always felt the three eyed raven is evil. And thats what is hidden in the story. Also, the children of the forest are evil as well. And the night king is actually the hero and is trying to prevent the three eyed raven from ruling over man. The night king didnt start building his army until bran crossed the wall to go north. Then once bran crossed the wall as the three eyed raven then thats when the night king followed. But the three eyed raven needs to be inside a lord or a prince so that it could trick men into protecting it. Think about it, a weirwood trapped the raven to keep him from going into the realm of men, but the children of the forest used their magic to hide the three eyed raven. The night king only wants to stop the raven, he had to kill to build a army in order to fight those that would protect the raven. The knight king only did what was necessary, he didnt attempt to kill dany or jon.. He had no interest in killing them. Just the raven. The raven is the true villian of the story. But he had played a game pitting men against one another to rid the world of the very things that could prevent his conquest. I also believe any magical being like a dragon will kill the raven on site. That why i think it was a litte hint of the ravens fear of dragons, in the last scene of the show. When bran was pleased that drogon was gone. I know the obvious, but i feel its a deeper reason. Because drogon is a champion of light which makes him a natural enemy of the raven. Who is dark energy. Also, just one last thing i believe when those un dead ranger attempted to kill jon and the lord commander. That was the raven not the night king. If it was the night king has to touch them to make them reanimate. Also, after they are reanimated by the night king, they are awake and not sleep. Plus, their eyes are blue. It seems that the body was warged into. The one that attacked jon and the lord commader didnt have blue eyes. The raven did this so that the night watch would start to hunt the night king. Remember the raven had undead protecting the cave he was in, that seem to have attacked bran and the Reid children. But that was another trick by the raven and the children of the forest to get bran to trust them and kill the Reid boy. Because the Reid boy was a greenseer as well he could have spoiled the ravens plans. Think about it, if there were already undead outside the cave. The night king would have already know where the raven was, before bran went into the weirwood net along.

The problem with this show was always the writing, it just straight up sucked. Every time they wrote themselves into a corner it was "oh we will just kill that character, that will fix it...." just an example of how these show creators will push out complete crap to make a dollar. What's worse is how the actors would defend the horrible writing just so they wouldn't be killed off and could keep getting paid. And the whit walker crap is just George Martin trying to capitalize on the ever growing ridiculous zombie craze that people can't seem to get passed. Horrible all the way around.

imagine being the children of the forest, getting wrecked by normal humans with no powers, wargs green seeres etc sorry but i dont see it makes no sense if the children where as powerful as grr says they are

Humans are twice the size and breed much, much faster. Children could control the first men who didn't have iron, only bronze. The andals with iron whiped them both. What most don't understand about iron v bronze is iron wins on volume. Iron is much more common than copper + tin = bronze
