Daddy & Buddy Boys Day! | Finger Painting, Jackson Cam, Lunch With A Toddler & More Home Vlog Fun!

In today’s home vlog it’s a daddy and buddy day! Tim and Jackson start the day with some morning spelling fun, finger painting and then we head to a new playground! There’s a little Jackson cam, he loves taking the camera down the slide with him lol. We come home and make lunch together, which is always fun! Then we play outside with some water toys and we find a snakeskin in the yard! Then it’s dinner time and we make the steaks that we got from the Celebration Farmer’s Market, they were so so good! We continue the vlog the next day and we talk about Tim’s great restaurant idea and make a really good vegan dinner! We end the night with a look at the new pillow sheet set that we got for Jackson and Tim cleans the shower head because we have hard water, fun stuff! We hope you had fun hanging out at home with us! I love how parents most of the time can understand what their toddlers say and other people are like what. Jackson is a cool dude with his sunglasses. It's funny how times change how we think about raising our kids. Back when my son was a baby (he's 41 now) whether or not to give them a pillow wasn't a thing.

Hi Tim! That boy gets cuter every day! T-bone is half NY strip steak and half filet mignon Porterhouse is the same steak but the filet portion has to be over a certain size to qualify as a porterhouse. porterhouse is more expensive bc the filet costs more than the strip ribeye is a completely different steak no room for the ribeye in a T-bone nor the porterhouse

The Parks look like so much fun. The shower head …… when I worked in our local hospital our floor’s housekeeper would fill a baggie with vinegar and then just cover the shower head as it still hung so as not to have to take it off. Worked beautifully .

Lol that is freezing like it needs to be at least 83 or 84 but I’ve never had a heater for my pool so we always have to wait until like end of May or beginning of June and then it only lasts until like end of august or beginning of September depending

We have a daughter born about a month and half after Jackson and we also live in Orlando. It's great to get some ideas for things to do around the area and to get an idea of what kinds of things to expect for her. We just switched our daughter to a toddler bed and I am also introducing a toddler pillow to her!

I grew up swimming in the lakes and the Atlantic Ocean in New England, Even when it is 90 in the summer, the lakes never get above 75, and the Ocean never gets above 65. One time in Bar Harbor Maine, it was August and 90 outside, and the water was only 52! Yes I still went in and swam!

A porterhouse is a strip steak and a filet together, btw. It is my favorite cut of beef. Braised is to cook in a liquid, but less liquid than boiling.

Hey Tim. Just wanted to explain the steak. A porterhouse actually is a combo of Filet and NY Strip. It’s typically the cut where the tenderloin and top loin meet. These are cut more toward the rear end of the loin where as a T-Bone is cut more towards the front end and typically contain less tenderloin meat. Ribeye’s are cut from the rib section between the Chuck and Loin.

Re steaks: a porterhouse and T-bone are structurally the same thing. Both have a t-shaped bone with a strip steak on one side, and a filet/tenderloin on the other. A porterhouse is cut farther back on the bone, with a larger tenderloin (here often called a filet). A T-bone is cut farther forward and has a smaller tenderloin.

I have hard water too- instead of removing the shower head I’ll tape/tie a ziploc bag full of vinegar around our shower heads a couple times per year. Works great!

Porter house is just larger than a t-bone, both are the filet and rib eye/ New York cut (depending on which end of the cow). Further back will be ribeye (more fatty, more flavor, but tougher) more forward will be New York.

A Porterhouse steak is a large T-bone steak. They come from the same place, just farther down for the T-bone. One side of the Porterhouse or T-bone is a filet and the other side is a New York Strip.

I think what you meant to say is that a porterhouse is when the filet and the new York strip are together(divided by a bone in the shape of “T”). A t-bone is a porterhouse from further down the cow where the filet part is very small.
