BRILLIANT podcast lads ! ! ! ! ! Dis-ease is not a health issue, it's a moral and spiritual issue. The mind-body-spirit connection is extremely powerful and means that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. In other words, our minds can affect how healthy our bodies are. I am living proof of this. My journey in a nutshell . . . . . September 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. 16 months ago, I was told I would be dead any day. 4 months ago, I completed 16 chemotherapy sessions. A month after, I was told the cancer had metastatisized. Exactly 3 months to the day (last week), I got given the ALL clear. What did I do differently????? With the help of religiously watching The Two Norries, I faced and dealt with many demons (there has been alot of trauma in my life). I also changed my thought patterns, releasing trapped energies and emotions. And, visualised receiving a clean bill of health. Keep doing what you are doing, not only are you changing lives, you saving them too. PS: Ger, I have no doubt in my mind that you are a warrior and survivor.

I have been running away from myself for years when the going got tough I got going ....what with alcohol and gambling and other addictions I'm 56 years of age I'm on my own because of my behaviour I come from a great family who have tried to help me out and I ended up letting them down on several occasions but I'm at the stage now where I have to come back and seek help because if I don't I know what I'll end up doing and people that care for me and me for them don't deserve that .

Greetings from Iraq. Great podcast lads, I really enjoyed listening to Ger. As someone who has been working in the oil & gas industry globally for the last twenty years I have seen my fair share of suicides on sites, for the most part it has been down to the amount of pressure put on people to finish jobs and meet deadlines, working seven days a week for months on end and being away from family and friends takes its toll on people as well, and now with COVID to worry about on top of all that it ain’t easy. I agree 100% with Ger and yourselves that there should be a mental health professional assigned to sites and lads should be encouraged by management to seek help if they feel they need it, sometimes a fella might just need to have a chat with someone outside of his work colleagues, circle of friends and family to get something off his chest that’s been bothering him.

Bruce lipton talks about epi genetics which debunks the myth that dna is what defines us ie if family member has cancer the thoughts u will be likely to experience as well re DNA epi genetic is what is behind the dna. .matter..our physical body is made up of protein and as we are all one realising this makes us easy to forgive as we are only hurting ourselves if we don't...Epi Genitics by Bruce Lipton ..he's on u tube ❤ ..we live in corporate society where all policies are centered on the individual. ..breathing hatred and division in mankind ..God bless u guys for your services ..❤

Although I appreciate Ger O'Brien's gentle nature, his kind approach, and how he firmly believes in Emotional Freedom Technique; my view is that it is irresponsible for Timmy and James to not note that EFT is pseudoscientific in nature. There are no duplicatable, peer-reviewed studies to support the claims that are being made.

We try to highlight methods people can use to recover from addiction and other issues. Ger has one method, others use Alcoholics Anonymous, Christianity, ahayuasca, counselling, EMDR etc. If some or none of those have no peer reviewed research we don't really care. They can help people, that's what matters. But thanks for your comment and for watching 🙂
