IIRC, it will be released on PC, but no date has been slated. Its coming out to XBONE and PS4 March 7th in the west!

Clemps has made whole videos on Drakengard so you can understand the lore. Although stick with Drakengard 1 when playing. He also explains in NieR how it all ties in.
