One does not completely have to give up "sweet cookies". Monk Fruit sweetener tastes like sugar only it's made from Monk Fruit which is a healthier alternative to sugar. My wife makes me "Keto" style" cookies and I eat one with tea. They are not made from processed white flour she uses others. There are many recipes online regarding Keto Style Cookie recipes. I was once addicted to the evil processed sugar, but not anymore. I completely eliminated it from my life...completely. It took me 45 days to get rid of my cravings for Sugar. I challenge anyone who thinks they are not addicted to sugar to take the 30-Day Sugar Challenge. You challenge yourself to stop all things sugar for 30 days. You can not consume anything that contains sugar, no sodas either. It's not as easy as it sounds, for some. But I challenge anyone to try it. It's basically detoxing sugar from your body and it's a Good, Healthy thing to do for You. I guarantee you will feel so much better. You will also lose weight, and your thoughts will get clearer. If you should want something sweet, grab a fruit instead. Try natural sweeteners instead of sugar. Your taste buds will also change and you will begin to enjoy the sweetness in fruits. I tried this 30-Day Sugar Challenge by myself. It took me 45 days to stop the cravings, my emotions were sensitive, and I was detoxing. My body changed, and I lost a lot of weight. I felt better, clearer, lighter, and more energetic. It's the best thing I ever done for me. To be honest I never thought I would ever give up sugar. I didn't know I was addicted to sugar until I stopped consuming it. I did it and so can you. I continue to eat whole foods and drink green drinks every day. I am a new me. From pant size 46 to pant size 34 now 12-19-2023 I feel Fantastic! *Thank you for this lovely, informative video. I appreciate you making it. @The Uma Show Angel from The Bay

Just so you guys know the body regulates it's own PH very strictly regardless of what you eat. The effects of what you ingest are much more complex than what is shown in this video. Feeling well is as simple as having a balanced diet with a WIDE variety of fibers (wide variety of vegetables) and excercise often, try a 30 min jog every day, don't over think it.

Unfortunately you can’t eat alkalinity. ALL food the enters your stomach becomes acidic, regardless of its alkalinity. Then once it’s finished in the stomach it enters the small bowel where liver enzymes neutralizes the acidic chyme and makes it alkaline for further digestion. PH balance is controlled primarily by breathing, and urination is the secondary ph controller. ACV strengthens your stomach acidity which is great, without proper acidity you don’t kill pathogens on your food, plus it prevent Acid Reflux as well.

I had to go on med omeprazole. I'm 9 days on. I'm not sleeping to tired to do my yoga and I'm still burning thru it. They wanted me to take more. I know it's lowering my ph . I'm a 6:0 ph this morning. And I took my med today. However I've had it. And I need to get right naturally. And get off this med before I turn into a medical experminet. I have quit coffee n sugar in 9 days and started drinking ginger water n lemon . I need rest n my yoga back. I am gonna try apple cider vinegar today . And I added acidollphilus . Your video is right n I want to get my lifestyle right . Thank you and if you have any advice for my situation please help me bc I'm struggling today. The only way to test blood pH is with a blood test. Testing urine only tells you urinary pH, NOWHERE else in the body. Salivary pH only tells you pH of the saliva, NOWHERE else in the body. Cancer ALWAYS arises in alkalinity and grows very well in alkalinity. Same with virtually every disease. Cancer cells also have an alkaline internal pH that allows the cancer cells to survive and drives cancer cell glycolysis. Research has also shown that when healthy cells are made excessively alkaline the healthy cells morph in to cancer cells. Bogus information videos like this really harm the holistic medical movement and give more power to the FDA and thus big pharma. Your body balances its own PH. Changing your diet might change the Ph of your urine or saliva. But it wont change the PH in the rest of your body.

It's supposed to. But the video is for cases where the balance has been disrupted.
