Being a indian, i grew up eating all those foods so it’s great to see you guys try indian food from different parts of india. The crispy cracker is not a flatbread, it’s called ‘Papad’ which we usually eat before or after our meal on its own or few toppings ☺️

6:33 You should have tried the lentil (tadka daal) with the naan/ roti once. If it tasted good with the papadams, would have tasted even better with the indian breads.
