Miguel Raimo Taberna so true :(( it sucks when you have to pretend you’re strong all the time and tbh i hate crying cos it shows that im weak. D.A., Not until people take the time to fully understand the biological functions of crying and what it does to and for the entire mind, body, heart, spirit complex will this asinine stigma be laid to waste. There is NOTHING shameful about expressing truly felt emotions, nor should one feel embarrassed by them. For to long now most of society cringe at the sight of emotions, Unless being expressed by the very young or those in their golden age. I have heard folks say: "Oh their just a baby, or They've lived to long with that memory" as to why and reason for their expressed state of emotion. Foolish fools are they I say, giving rhyme or reason for the existence and or their need to express them. It is their birthright as a human being to freely do so. No One should bottle them up or made to feel less than for having or being emotional. Tears are some what sacred and therefore earned is a level of wisdom or awareness not gained or of benefit otherwise. So I say salute a salty face!
