My A1C went up from 5.2 to 5.4 since developing IBS. I know it's no prediabetic stage but little by little it will creep up if you don't monitor. All the stress caused cortisol release. Now saw that coffee (even black) can increase blood sugar when drinking on an empty stomach. I finger prick to see what affects me. Doing intermittent fasting, sleeping 7-8 hours at same times, and cutting back on carbs to hopefully reduce bloating and cramping to help with my stress levels.

What OTC eye drops are better for Diabetics with dry eyes?

Hello. The ones without any steriod in them won't usually affect blood sugar levels. These will be your refresh OTC for soothing. Hope that helps.
