I loved all this great information. The comparison at the end of the vid is so surprising. I will think twice again about consuming dry fruit!

Thank you so helpful. So glad you didn't mention apples or oranges.
@thevoiceofdiabetes3 жыл бұрын
Great point. Believe it or not, oranges and apples made it on the previous video of "7 "yes" fruits for diabetics". Hope you will be able to watch that video and learn why they are not so bad for blood sugars when consumed in moderation and in small quantities. Thanks for watching :)

I've heard that under ripe banana is not so hight/ concentrate in sugar. Is it true? I do love banana too😀
@thevoiceofdiabetes2 жыл бұрын
Yes; that’s true. They won’t spike your blood sugar as much…. But I do recommend always having only half of a large banana or buying the smaller ones (organic). Also, adding a protein like plain Greek yogurt or peanut butter with it

Raw mangoes can eat by Diabitis patients
@thevoiceofdiabetes3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ashok, mangoes are high in sugar content. I normally recommend staying away from mangoes completely to be honest. Check out the video I have on "Yes Fruits for Diabetics" to see the options that I recommend for patients. Hope that video will help. Good luck :)
