Hi Shashank, i am a repeat and loyal customer of TWT. A complete section of my fridge is filled with protein bars and i regularly buy whey and muesli as well. I have a very big issue with your customer service. I don't know if you are understaffed for CX or what. The first response time, the resolution time on WhatsApp is just pathetic. I am NOT sure if you are monitoring these CX stats. As a regular customer, I feel you are taking things for granted on the CX front. Let me know if I can help you with details.

Your delivery sucks!!! I have ordered whey protein 2 weeks back and it is still not delivered to me. Customer support is pathetic as there is no phone call, it is just a whatsapp chat in which they will reply 1 day later to every message. Email communication is also the same. So HIGH price of product but atleast have some decent customer care.
