Great guide man! I have tons of hours in sot and have the full collection of ashen dragon but my friend just started playing and really wants to complete his set. This was a great up to date guide, I used the old ashen voyages with dabloons

Just for some reference this took me two weeks to get the full set and that was non stop doing Skelton forts, 100% worth it tho

I'm very late but how do you find the skeleton forts, I've got pretty much all of the set but need 1 more resurrection one and a couple others and since they removed the dabloon quests I haven't played much so I have no idea how to get the tomes anymore

i ground this out back when you could buy the individual ashen quests for dubloons and if you found an ashen key guardian you had to either buy the chest quest or get lucky and stumble across the ashen chest quest guardian

I've found the fastest way to get the chest is just to sail ashen island to ashen island over and over looking for guardians, got about 5 chest in an hour before I got bored

ty for the tips doest it also depends on the island on what tome you want? i need 1 tome, the tome of curses 5 and they never drop in the chest and it feels like it depends on the island

As far as I know, no, which tome you get does not depend on the island you find it on. I think if there were a condition like that it would be known by now. Unfortunately, I think you're just having a plain old case of bad luck

Yeah, getting all the tomes is really hard. I've been playing since 2019 and just got all 20.Its entirely luck based. I do believe Fire Tomes spawn rates have been increased because I got three of them in a week.

I know right! It took me like a full 9 months of looking to go from 19 to 20, damn Tome of Power 3! As far as I know the rates haven't been changed since 2020, but it's possible

I believe some islands have higher spawn rates for certain types of tomes. I’ve been resetting Devil’s ridge back to back and 4/5 times I got were tomes of Fire. But I saw a post where someone was saying Sailor’s Bounty is a good island for tomes of power. This was back when they was key and chest guardians but the resetting method detailed in the post still worked so I’m going to try on that island when I play tomorrow. I was also getting tomes of curses a lot when I was playing in one area yesterday. I literally only need Tome of Power 1 then I’m done. I think the types could be split by islands or regions of the map (the wilds, shores of plenty, ancient isles, devil’s roar)

It seems Ashen Tomes are only in High Seas, so you won't be able to get them in Safer Seas. Sorry for the confusion, I can't believe I missed that

Unfortunately, ashen tomes can only be found in high seas, so no, you won't be able to progress any of this in safer seas
