Ну на самом деле такое имя у русских встречается в 0,1% случая, это всё таки скорее украинское имя, русские не считают его своим национальным, традиционным да, актуальным нет, фамилия,- скорее всего болгарская, у меня у самого странная фамилия, есть градация фамилий произошедших от прозвищей и отчества, типа про последних мы точно знаем что из крепостных крестьян, не совсем так всё просто как из произвищь, моя фамилия сугубо северная хоть и от прозвища, сто пудов не украинская или казацкая, а вот его фамилию считываю как болгарскую, ну не этимологизируется она ни на одном восьочно славянском, точнее этимологизируется, но вряд ли бы такая возникла, это такой предок населения Славянска, они обычно туда приглашались и селились.
