There are a few medieval castles in Finland. Some castles are ruins or partly ruins but some were kept and partially rebuilt after wars (not only world wars). The most well kept castle is Turun linna (Turku Castle) it's the oldest structure together with Turku cathedral which still exists here in Finland. They were built late 1200/early 1300. Structures/buildings before that were mostly made of wood. Nordic castles in general (specially finnish ones) are looking a bit robust when comparing to the rest of Europe since they were built for defence and not so much for the luxury of the rulers. But they are very interesting sights. There are something like 100 preserved medieval stone churches in Finland and they are well kept (and modernised inside with technique).

Like someone mentioned Abreu is like a (chili) pepper. She is super tiny only a bit over 150 cm tall and it's an interesting contrast with her loud singing voice and "don't f**k with me" attitude. Would be really nice to hear her performing in rock/metal scene instead of pop.

That would be fun! She is quite good for a pop singer, especially a idols-found one. I'd say she is pretty close to being Finlands Britney - as a distinction she is sane, though

Raasepori castle is a ruin castle, not really any habitable rooms left. Finland does have intact ones too. I think the arrival with the horse and cart isn' the actual outside of this castle. Abreu is actually a really talented singer, sometimes maybe the Idols-past casts a shadow unnecessarily. Nice tune and reaction

What are you talking about? Kings and queens live in a castle. What possible complaint could you have living in one? That particular castle has functioned as a setting for several music videos, E.g. for Jarkko Ahola's (former) metal band Teräsbetoni's music video for their song 'Orjatar' (Slave-Woman). That video has costumes on it. Teräsbetoni represented Finland in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest. Here's the castle in it's actual surrounding. Nowadays the castle hosts E.g. summer theater. Video: "Raaseporin linna - Medieval Raseborg Castle Ruins (1370-)". This one hosts an opera festival: "Olavinlinnan esittelyelokuva - Olavinlinna Castle's Introductory Film", "Savonlinna Opera Festival - World class opera inside the walls of ancient castle Olavinlinna" and "Haastattelussa sopraano Lisette Oropesa / Interview with soprano Lisette Oropesa". At least till you possibly buy the place for yourself. Though this one might be more like the one you were talking about: "You Must Travel to Finland and Explore Turku Castle with Robin as Your Tour Guide".

Yeah, whenever Finnish words have 2 same letters just take kt as a sign to prolong the letter. Like name Eeva in Finland isn't Eva. And yes that was her in music video. Beautiful woman.

The video gives a slightly exaggerated impression of the castle's scenery - the castle is located on a small hill and there are no real mountains in the background, and the surroundings are quite flat. Raasepori is a beautiful seaside town and well worth a visit in the summer. I lived in Raasepori for 36 years.
