This song is actually about Russia attacking Ukraine. She said "Put your two-headed eagle in your arse and run!". Two-headed eagle is a russian national symbol, and Ignea is from Ukraine.

Actually, it was written during the Russian incursion into Crimea....it just fits perfectly now.

More actual than ever. This song was written and performend as an answer to the russian invasion of the crimea peninsula in 2014. The western world should have reacted much with much more force to that. The result of hesitation has lead to this war, raging on for more than 2 years, by now (2024). As a german, the only thing I can do right now is to give this a thumbs up, comment, and give thumbs up to the others, commenting here. To help the algorithsm. Slava Ukraini! (Btw: Alga translates to the english word attack)

Hey Hunterz. Given everything that has happened since my birthday in Ukraine (yes, Russia invaded the night of my birthday, 23 February!), if I could, I would nominate this song as the national anthem of Ukraine. How anyone could not feel some comraderie with Ukraine right now, and not support their efforts to push Russia back within their own borders, and defeat Putin, I don't know. Originally meant for the Tartars of Crimea, I think this song holds so much more meaning for Ukraine as a whole. It is why I say, slava Ukrayini! Heroyam slava! 🇺🇦
