The amount of setting up the camera, walking away, walking back getting the camera, walking forward setting up the camera, walking back just to walk back into the camera is crazy. Not to mention the great editing. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into great content! Makes it super enjoyable to watch!!

I thoroughly agree with your philosophy.. And In a country where there is room to excercise your rights safely, I totally agree.. However.. KZbin speaks to a world, full of idiots... And in densely populated, countries like The U.K. where woodland is 99% private, often devoted to breeding game, patrolled by armed gamekeepers who regularly shoot at trespassers to discourage poaching, any encouragement to go wild camping, could put not only the adults who know the risks, but also any children they may have with them in grave danger.. And while the schools are closed, the idea of giving kids a day or two out of the house is always a big temptation... So encouraging f*ckwits to think for themselves during this highly emotive time isn’t necessarily a good idea....

There are people here in the United States that firmly believe this whole covid-19 virus thing was a carefully constructed dry run to work out any links in further lockdown/ compliances that are planned in the future. Looking at how this whole thing is being played out and the true numbers of actual covid-19 deaths are no more dynamic than any other flu virus...
@7000alfred
@7000alfred 4 жыл бұрын
That might be somewhat true, but if it keeps going the way ti is, it will explode much like the spanish flu, and potentially millions on millions will die due to how infectious COVID is, and the realty is, you can't take back millions of dead, but you can go back outside and to the gym once it's all over, people not following social distancing and quarantine will end up regretting it harshly sooner, or later.
@7000alfred
@7000alfred 4 жыл бұрын
However as I'm sure everyone else is hoping it's not bad, and people who desire not to follow the quarantine or follow it in-general don't end up paying for it.

Personally I'm glad I live in one of the states that isn't trying to screw down some overreach rules. They never shut down camping or anything like that, but did shut down beaches and places where people tend to gather and be in too close proximity. Personally I don't think parks should have been shut down, and people should be smart enough on their own to say at least 6-10 feet apart from people that aren't in their immediate family. Civil disobedience is a thing and it's healthy for a society when you don't agree with rules being tightened down on you. When people make rules for the common folk and then don't consider themselves under that same rule, then you aren't being governed, you're being ruled. Good on you WB. Hope you and your family stay safe and in good spirits.

Next time Bud, bring a camouflaged rain fly. That red and black one looks like neon lights.

Hello WB! As of May 1st, we r able to do more things, we can fish and camp, restaurants r opening the inside for sitting to eat, but maintain the 6 foot distance. I don’t understand why ur parks were closed at all, y’all have more park space than people. I do hope they will open the parks back up for those who have been enjoying them, there is no better medicine than what nature can provide for the mind, soul and body. Thank u

If you read Doug Ford's list of essential services and who can and can't work at this time... you are fine to go camping. You are filming for your job, NOT camping for pleasure (although I am fairly sure you are also enjoying what you are doing). Long as you are not trespassing, or on provincial park land, you are fine. If anyone says anything to you, tell them you are working while observing all precautions.

You need a flat rock larger than your fire and moss mat to throw on top before you flee It will enable you to distance yourself a bit further before site detection.

I wonder if deer enjoy the marigold as well? Another good video my brother from across the border. They are loosening up the travel restrictions and the stay-at-home restrictions down here in the States a little bit, and I mean a very little bit. it seems like it's taking forever! I hope it is better where you're at in Canada. Please say hi to Holden and Courtney, have a great week.

I think the goal is to make things worse, not better. Love the video. Looking at it a couple of months later, it' plain this isn't a pan to improve anything.

Late to the party on this one, but with how small that tent is you could probably cover over that bright red fly with a camo hammock tarp pretty well and not be visible from space anymore.

So agree about the rules thing.... here in the U.K. they have stopped boating! I own a yacht and can’t use it. Not even supposed to go down to the marine so I can sit on it and maintain it (I have by the way) but sailing is pretty much just one step down from what you do regarding self isolation!!!! Let’s be in the outdoors appreciating our planet!!!!
