Thanks for holding down the Shopcast fort while Corinne and Maggie were away, Caitlin! Loved the lesson on the color wheel - I didn't really understand how to use it before, but the demo and examples were great, Kelsey! I have picked a pattern, but need to pick the colors for the colorwork KAL, so appreciate the tips from Kelsey and Emma.

Great podcast! Thanks for hosting, Caitlin! I'm hoping to visit the store next week for the first time. I'm so excited! Most recently I've made several hats with earflaps in Lettlopi; it's been fun to choose the 4 color combinations and see how each hat has its own personality. The pattern is called Tåkedis Flaphat by Anna-Sofia Vintersol. I learned how to do a Latvian braid, so much fun!

I really like the kits as I don't do a lot of color work. Kelsey's tip about using only 2 colors when starting to do color work is great advice! I made a sweater from a kit I bought at a yarn festival and didn't realize I had to use 3 colors. It was a mess at first!
