Thanks Paul. Sometimes I feel as hair pro’s we can get caught up in either the horizontal/vertical and whilst these are great it’s not always the most effective…or speedy! 👨🏻🙏🏻💛

Nice! Try being that efficient with knee-length hair 😅

Thank you! Oh, I have been, foils are really just a “system” at the end of the day. If you’re confident with the practice it doesn’t matter how long the hair is.

Wow! I would call this a full foil not a half head of highlights… You’re very generous.
@theworldofcraig2 ай бұрын
Ha…I’m also very, very fast. As long as I can get them in under an hour it’s a half head. I price my services by time…

is there a longer video for this, or just a short?

Hi Heidi There are loads of full process foil placement videos on my channel…

Wait… Was that 1/2 head of full head
@theworldofcraig9 ай бұрын
Yes… It’s my half head placement - which is from the top of the ears forward. I price my services per hour and this takes me about 50 minutes of application…it’s more of a traditional placement and not dimensional.

I haven't foiled in over a year due to getting long covid I feel like I've forgot everything I learnt at college I get so muddled, it's embarrassing 😢

Hi there, thanks for watching. Sorry to hear you had long covid. There’s an entire playlist full of foiling tutorials on here if that helps…

Question, around the face do you do a thin slice or weave for the first foil I have trouble with the baby hairs and my foils slipping out of place.
@theworldofcraig5 ай бұрын
@@CurlyCamper Great question! I would always weave the first 3-5 foils. There are in depth placement tutorials on my long form content on here…
@markbyrum98852 ай бұрын
@@CurlyCamper try placing a single-prong (pin curl) clip at the base of the foil to help prevent slipping.

I’ve tried This but if you don’t use a toner after to soften the marks at the roots it doesn’t work shame as it is faster.
@theworldofcraig Жыл бұрын
Hi Ricky Thanks for watching. Not sure what you mean? - I do often “tap out” the root…but not always. If the highlights are woven you won’t get “stitch marks”…
@TheApril123572 ай бұрын
What did you tone with?
@theworldofcraig2 ай бұрын
Hmmm, I made that ages ago (I make a lot of content!) but there are LOADS of similar formulas in the long form content here on my channel…I have entire videos of formulas.

does this work on a movable parting? if not how can I adjust please
@theworldofcraig6 ай бұрын
Hi there, thanks for watching. It would work - I would place to the middle…as it’s only the face frame that would be slightly bolder it’s all good. I wouldn’t over think it.

How is this half head? You foiled the whole head. Are you calling it half head beachside there’s hair in between each foil?
@theworldofcraig9 ай бұрын
Hi there. It is a half head - MY half head placement is from the top of each ear forwards.
