Are the lights flickering on purpose, because of the camera settings, or because there's something wrong?

Great question, Led lights flicker on camera due to the stroboscopic effect, the human eye cannot see it when it happens that fast. Basically, Led lights flash so quick we can't see it but the camera can capture the effect.

So did you wire the head lights to the wrong thing causing it to still get power from the battery even when car was off??, Becayse i had something similar happen with my amplifier for my speakers i know its totally two different things but my buddy had accidentally wired the control wire to wrong thing and it caused my amp to always be on even when the car was off that drained my battery so he fixed it and now it only cuts on when i turn the car on

no, the wrap shop that worked on the car removed the headlights and re-wired them and it caused them to stay on all day.

@@xavianfoster9337 I had to cut out some parts where I was just talking about random stuff and it's hard to follow what i'm saying but another shop removed them and re wired them wrong causing them to stay on. That was fixed and the battery was charged from 1.5 volts to 12 volts
