For example, they say its unfair that they asked doki if they should kick her out without thinking about the fact that 1. It was niji that made the conditions that led to this, vivi was probably already aware that if they could not be meet them she probably wouldnt have been able to play, and 2. Doki said it her self that brawlpro was in this casue of her and she was in it for him. This means if either of them get kicked the other is probably leaving too. Its easier to replace 1 fighter vs 2 last minute To add on to assuming to much, of course doki would want to get a head of the curve and adress the problem now. If she didnt the moment people realize they are making an effort to keep them off eachothers team and not in the same bracket they would have started to assume shit. Its easier to let people know whats up now and not let it possible build into something more later I havent been into streamers/vtubers that long, but as far as i can tell some of the niji talent like vivi and scarle seem fine, but gets wrapped up in the companies BS, and fans dont like that. People saying it’s a PR move for Doki to address this situation would’ve been the first on the bandwagon when people started making rumours if Doki didn’t address it
@mme7252 ай бұрын
Seems all of them are thinking Dokis the initiator with a "benign good guy" PR stunt, not realizing thar their own corp, Niji, is the one that swooped in and demanded segregation between their talents and someone else in the tournament. This is corpo throwing their weight around and creating the very situation to be addressed at all. Not doki and Sajam going "oh look, a niji liver, let us make a public spectacle of grace" with greasy palms in a dark board room that they (nijisisters) paint this out to be on twitter.

"omg how dare they kick out innocent people because of her!" meanwhile doki said it plain as day that she doesnt want that..? at what point does this cross the line from "overly protective" to "looking for any reason to be mad"? edit: i worded it a little poorly, it's more of a "why do they let doki decide if innocent niji talents should be kicked out" and she still said (paraphrasing) "no dont kick them out because of me, we just wont interract and i'll lose early on anyway". the point still stands though - she said she doesnt want that to happen either way, so there is really no reason to get mad at her.

It's also partly on the side of; if Sajam goes to Doki with the conditions that Nijisanji laid out with concerns to interaction between the named parties and Doki says that she isn't comfortable with it, he would have to remove both of them. Since if he removes Victoria and keeps Doki, harassment and threats will be coming in for days or weeks to everyone playing. If he keeps Victoria and removes Doki, then it gives the impression that he is able to be effectively strong armed by Nijisanji to give them preferential treatments and is now in part running his event under the oversight of Nijisanji. And he had to go to Doki for it, cause it was a mandate that came from the other party that concerns itself with Doki that depended on her answer and Sajam's ability to enforce it. The only options were both of them are in and kept separate or they are both out. And it doesn't matter what option gets chosen because the termite colony that is Nijisisters will just start infesting Twitter feeds again mere days after their last infestation excursion.

This, Nijisisters, is called "consequences of one's actions". It's not Victoria's fault her workplace is toxic as hell and pushed someone over the edge but as someone who is part of Nijisanji, she will always be associated with their bad practices while she works there. And one of the consequences of said practices is being treated not as "second-class citizens" but as the fifth rate company Nijisanji is.

I still feel like this is blaming Victoria. She "chooses" to work at niji, yes. But if that's the only thing she's done wrong it's not enough to punish her for. No, the problem is niji's policy and failing, once again, to just do the normal, rational thing. It's a tournament. Let them play and have fun. Let them tell their fans to behave in the chats/comments. Warn the event planners so they can moderate properly if troublemakers show up. It could have been an excellent way to move on from the drama and heal wounds. But nope. Niji has to keep proving why they are toxic.

Which also makes me kinda amused as to why so many of you Niji stans out there get offended over literally nothing. Victoria did NOT get booted off the event! And y'all know why? Because Doki didn't want that, she wants harmony more than anything and since Victoria had nothing to do with what happened to Doki, it'll be fine, especially if they won't even interact. The really interesting thing is how people continue to put this on the talents as cover for the company, if it weren't for petty company policy this wouldn't have been an issue to begin with. Maybe even Vtuber culture to a certain extent, the idea that because Doki left Niji she is no longer allowed to interact with or be acknoedged by anyone in the company is why situations like this happen. All Doki is really doing is saying she isn't going to kick up a big stink about it and complain about it.
