Culturally, they have a hierarchical formalities in their custom and it's also embedded in their language usage system -like formal and non-formal way of speaking. So you are suppose to speak formally to someone older than you for manners/respect but you can speak informally to your same-aged peers. So "Young Queen but act like and unnie" = she's the youngest in the group (refereed to as "maknae") but she has an old soul/has a maturity to her essence and/or she's referring that she may be young but she still commands respect like a "unnie" (older sis) or a young queen (like how ppl had to obey 12 yr old queens back in the day if she ascends to the throne as a kid). Know!!! For the « unnie » part in Cocona’s rap; the korean term « unnie » is used for a older sister and the korean term « maknae » is used for the youngest sister. For example, Jurin is the unnie of the group and Cocona is the maknae of the group. So, when Cocona says « better act like an unnie », she means acting like the older sister of the group!! She refers to being an unnie as a flex!
