I like the walk ways in the pArk, with red declarations along side with walk ways , THATS MODERN right there, Very creative engineer, the one in city centre walks ways been month not finish, no decorations, This one buil this walks ways i the park is so creative and should getting more walk ways in City centre, he knows how to decorate the walk ways, and side walks, hope the dwellers will maintain it , they shouldn't walk on grasses, they must be laws for people walk on grasses, like penalties and fines fro who do walk on grasses, But the walk ways it what i was telling you about every days, thats real modern, walk ways.. walk ways, side walks, .. i like magomeni roads, no MITARO (sewages /Gutter) must be closed.. no modern city has open sewages /gutter, Gutter/sewages should be underground and closed.. iTS JUST BASICS IQ .. DEAR Tanzania engineer, its 2024 now,, stop constructing 1852 open sewage, close your sewages, first will reduces amount of mosquitos, malaria rates will decreases, and also will attract more people to feel like its livable city,, construct WALK ways, side ways, flowers, decorate your city, stop build infrastructures just for the sake off building , stop building open sewages, plant tress, make your country more livable , hold accountable looters, looters should have NO room , dont feel sympathy for looters, because investors are driven away by such acts, Tanzania need direct investors both internally and from outsides, and visitors, Corruption should be entirely eliminated learn from RWANDA , NAMIBIA and BTSWANA , no room for Corruptions there .. they send all corrupters to jail.. that will attract massive numbers of investor to the country, BAG BAG MINDSETS, MWIJAKU Mindsets destroy youth minds, and the country dont want people like that, because youths dont work no more thinks its okay to begs .. TANZANIA is the country of revolutionists and braves ,, and need people of critical thinkers , people who have interest at heart and who want to move the country forwards, ** THE LAST THING Tanzanians smust have cultures of perfumes, deodorants, roll on and keep it clean whoever you re, some people thinks its okay to be sweting , smell armpits, dirty people should be prohibited to take public transports, perfumes its only less than a dollar (or even 1500 Tshillings) even local ones, always smell good as TANZANIA, this is not for everyone is for those who thinks its okay to be sweetings and not must to use ROLL ON or deodorant, smell good always, being poor should not be equate to be dirty, no please, i learnt that while i was in Cape town decade ago before go to Chicago , they were people who had no money but will try their best to keep it clean and smell good, and people will make fun of you for smelling.. so YES ALWAYS smell good, THE CULTURE OF CLEANNESS is very important.. from 12:47 the walks ways designs is the best i seen in TZ so far.. even the ones the constructing in city centre are too bad, no decorated like these, these are well decolated, it remind me my time i use to live place called PLATEKLOOF, one of the upscale suburbs in cape town.. the engineer mst be given the projects in city centre. the one doing in city centre is very poor, no decoration with it, he was just putting bricks for the sake of building no good design , that one town Naw,, not good, this one i seen here is one of the best, I ALSO SEE MANY LAZY TANZANIANS sleeping , thts lazy to me,, wake up go hustle,, stop sleeping during the day and expect GOD wll just bring his miracles ..No such miracles, wake up go hustle man ..
