For those watching now this area is what we in Daresalam consider as lower income residential+commercial areas in Dar one more thing DARESALAM is the mostly cleanest city in East and central Africa gaze on the roads side walks if u can see any litters 🎉🎉🎉🎉 they are swept 24/7 and cabbage truck are also 24/7 we also have a truck which sweeps roads at night 11am sucks all sands and durt

I Live in makumbusho near grandvilla hotel i always exercise walking from makumbusho to mwanamboka petrol station every evening 7pm to a club called Lascarinyo trully dar is very safe and very clean you walk and appreciate the cleanes,next do sinza mori to kitambaa road to mlimani round about then go enter the sinza makaburini road to sinza the enter the road going to tandale dar is clean beautyfull and vibrant full of activenes,do mabibo then buguruni then illa not forgetring the famous Kinondoni from kanisani up to morroco

@@fredrickochieng8112 Mwanyamala is not going to transform further, there’s no potential for putting up big business like a mall cause it’s predominantly occupied by small businesses. You can not compare it to Eastleigh which still has a room of cleaning up the slums. But again Eastleigh is not properly planned and roads need a lot of improvement.

Tanzania is not a British economy and has never been a British economy but before 1961, Tanzania was just a British protectorate. Tanzania is an independent country from 1961 having Swahili as a National language and English as the official language when Use of Swahili is not necessary. Yes we need to know English but not the only point to promote Tanzania abroad but rather good polices and developed Tourism infrastructure. 30 million people visit Spain and France yearly countries that use Spanish and french respectively
