It's smart they used the rare trophy, because when you start farming trophies, you will soon realize that "rare" trophies are actually more rare than the "unique" ones, since there aren't a lot of rare zombies in the chases, just a crapton of uncommon(virals) and unique(volatiles). So, if you still have to upgrade your items and weapon-mods, usually the rare trophies are actually the hardest to come by. Making the korek charm cost a rare trophy makes it actually costly that way. But in a fair way.

Agreed. Because once you fully upgraded every blueprints, the trophies became useless. It is good that they add trophy on a korek as a cost of using korek charm since it is feels so cheating to repair weapon fully without costing a single thing even though it is a developer's item.

Honestly this is a good move, making the korek charm be a "heres a awesome item, and while its not free anymore, as long as you kill a brute or bolter every once in a while, you'll be perfectly fine using it" instead of a "fuck you gimme all your fucking scrap to repair one weapon" is *_SOOOO_* much better. I do hope they bring back the pulling mechanics from the grappling hook though, it was so fun to use it to leap leaps and bounds across old villedor because of the streets being wider than city center

I am so glad that they changed the Korek price, because 1.) realistically it's a dev item that's not easy to get in the first place so attaching a huge cost doesn't make any sense, and 2.) if everyone is using this charm then that clearly shows that having no real way of repairing weapons is not a great mechanic choice. I'm also glad that they made it a rare trophy because it feels like I can never get enough uncommon ones but rare ones are no problem.

What I would do if I were Techland is make that when you just pull the left trigger, the grappling hook pushes loose objects or people/zombies away. But if you hold it for half a second, it pulled. And if you hold longer, it pulls stronger. This way you can scale eights better. And have more functions.

So I just came back to the game after not playing it since about the second day of NG+ and I go to try “repairing” one of my main weapons only to see that the Korek Charm now requires 400 mutation samples. The fuck are “mutation samples” and why the hell does the charm now need 400 of them?? I don’t have many Rare Infected Trophies since I had been using everything I had to upgrade mods and everything else, but at least I know what those are and how to get them. I have 130 Mutation Samples but I do not recognize the name in the slightest.

They still need to fix the end cut scenes, the day and night cycle after the Veronika mission, and multi player. Every time I join up with someone when I leave I experience a new bug. Last night it was no audio. Few days ago, broken stamina bar (it wouldn't decrease but I would still fatigue). Game is buggy as hell. Please fix it techland so we can enjoy this great game.
