I dont know if its a drop chance thing but i did do the korek charm but it doesnt repair my weapon it states (when a weapons durability is at 25%,this charm will increase the damage dealt to enemies by 40%)

All well and good but i got a left and right exclusively for the prick who designed this bloody thing so instead of being logical and letting you jump from the swing which every single decent game ever made with grappling allows this crap decides no no no you have to swing back and work out a very awkward precise moment of jumping or as it'll literally be every five or more times you miss the ledge and drop i swear this was a troll because surely nobody's that stupid to have purposely designed it like that

i got the Korek and it seems like it got nerfed and changed .. now it gives u 40% bonus dmg on enemies when ur weapon is under 25% durability :((

Honestly? They could lean more into the body horror. I had a dream about dl2 before it was released there was an infected that was essentially tore straight down the middle and the split became a mouth. It was more than just a threat though, it would eat anything that moved. Humans, animals, infected. Essentially the new apex, even volatiles hated it. It was like the T. Rex in JP and the volatiles were the raptors. You'd see smeared blood on the walls, smashed cars, and vacant, quiet streets from where it was eating. If you've ever seen a snake or monitor lizard eat, think that. Grab prey, slam and shake, swallow whole. Long forked tongues coming out the arms and legs. It was too heavy to climb though, and would scare volitiles onto the roofs.

2 years later every single one of these has a chance to not fucking work at all. Sound bugs galore that require killing the game application and restarting every single hour. Korek charm nerfed into uselessness. All the quit out and keep the thing glitches are patched. So from this list, literally only the Shocker, Pan of Destiny and Cyberhands 2177 are worth even getting and using. All others were rendered worthless from nerfs or outright no-fun-allowed patches.

I agree with the no fun allowed part but just like DL1 all the easter egg weapons etc were only ever supposed to be lulzy fun and homages to other games. I think the only exception was the korek weapons as they were "dev weapons" that were OP when you got them in the slums then old town but by end game they were outperformed by weapons you will find. So with the korek charm in this game and especially that they specifically stated they are supporting this game for 5 years unlike DL1 where they just did end up supporting it, it was useful in the beggining of the game, now there is no need for it. Still actually useful though as you can put it on near broken weapons and make them OP af at the last few hits then repair them. Shame they never just allowed us to have the doom shotgun though, especially now we have actual guns in game. I have some duped weapon like that with 1000 bullets given to me.

Unfortunately, when you do this the zombies also get to max level and any that throw a weapon at you will one shot kill you.

The game is awesome and the only complaints I have is I wish the maps were just a tad bigger, I wish the game was longer, and I wish the cosplay outfits weren’t so terrible.

It's a real shame that they don't level up with the player, I love me a more simplistic, gritty touch of survival and they just don't compare to 1000+ damage on my game, 30 damage on a hammer is tickle-worthy at that point past endgame.

The Korek now instead does +40% damage multiplied when durability is low. "When a weapon's durability is at 25%, this charm will increase the damage dealt to enemies by 40%". Plus it now costs 400 mutation samples

I don't think it's conflicting, I think there are different ways a volatile can be made, and now with dying light the beast the ending with the vile in the flowing is the cannon ending, plus that vile might have had a different afect on kyle and he became something more that a volatile
