At least the transcript started at the beginning and went to the end. All too many suddenly backtrack and repeat a large part of the story. Using numbers from 1 - 100, at 60, suddenly we are back at 30 again.

i don't understand, why is the father of the child not taking responsibility for letting his child run around freely in restricted areas on a supposed important diplomatic mission, don't get me wrong the response was excessive but it was all the humans fault to begin with, why is she there to start with if it's important diplomatic talks an why is she allowed to run around anywhere?? The father is utterly irresponsible and at fault even worse is the fact he was the so called Ambassador in charge all of which points to his utter incompetence. The child being shot is a huge over reaction and the follow up correspondence negligible at best but none of it compares to the fathers utter incompetence, the daughter shouldn't have been there on such a important mission an if there was a reason why she absolutely had to be there then the humans, especially her father, should've been watching her better.
