This is sharply into focus, because the opposite is Bonus at work, promotion, freebies, gifts, honor and praise. The opposite is loss, or suicide. The mental illness is connected to process disorder, its an addiction to digital media and tech, and I write this while on my computer that I feel addicted to, this is the dark side of the progress that humanity claims can benefit all.

"I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom I can tell you I don't have money, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you."

Very sad, devastating. I propose that all social media be disbanded, ended, banned. We never had it before, and our society was much better before, now look at the mess it is in. There is also no discipline for children, because discipline has been banned. SOCIAL MEDIA, I want gone, I will fight for it to be removed, unplugged, removed from our society, because it has damaged it so badly, that even when it is banned, it is going to take a generation to sort out the mess of what it has caused.

The sad thing is teenager brain development doesn't support making rational decision making. Sending pictures most won't see the consequences due to the prefrontal cortex not being fully developed so brain runs from the limbic system more

I am still trying to comprehend why this report says the first teen was "tricked" into sending pics? Why are they acting as if this person was forced to do something beyond their control? They raise weak kids and then society coddles that weakness claiming they had no choice. When I was young we were constantly told 'if Sarah jumps off a cliff are you going to as well just because she did?". Parents are supposed to teach kids how to make good decisions and that there will be consequences. That is basic. Now they have to include the dangers of social media. DO YOUR JOB parents!! If you allow the outside world to raise your kids how can you expect them to come to you in crisis, to trust you, or to make good decisions? I am outraged that we all have to hear of these tragic situations over and over. I am a former educator. Hold parents accountable. They should NOT give their kids access to something so dangerous and act like it isn't a big deal.
