Whole slabs of illogical. An EMP can stop the Empire?. Why do all the other stuff. BECAUSE ITS NOT A STORY. Then the EMP miraculously has no effect on the Rebel equipment. And if the Wolves arrived in hours via hyperspace, won't the Empire so that. The Armada could just obliterate the whole planet surface, why bother with one valley to battle. Clearly you've never served on active duty, in law enforcement, or even healthcare. Swearing is a way to let off steam and even share camaraderie. Some of the most intelligent people I know are filthy mouthed salty sailors, cops, or nurses.

All investigations, surveys and literature looking into this matter say your English teacher was an imbecile. Those with the highest iq's and widest vocabulary generally use profanities a lot more often than the norm but also have the capacity to know when and when not to use them.

I found the story entertaining. To quote Lenny Bruce it is the suppression of the word that makes it distasteful. Sadly people drop the F-bomb like they use “THE”. I don’t even hear it unless it’s every third word.
