The thing I enjoyed about judo is that it was technique based and not strength based that's coming from someone who was at the time an extremely strong lightweight my instructor literally told me when grappling with me I felt like a light heavyweight I'd attribute that to full body workouts and compound exercises and as corny as it sounds believing In Yourself because if you don't believe in yourself than who's gonna believe in you

No one smokes weed before Judo!!! That’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu guys. Judo is pure and is much different than other martial arts. Judo came from Jigoro Kano who emphasized on the moral aspect

Everyone talking about the “weed” Who cares! The take away from this clip was not about the weed. Listen again, Bas tells you plain and simple. “Wrestling” The wrestler gets to decide where the fight goes! It’s the glue that holds all the other disciplines together. If you do not have wrestling, you are simply at the mercy of your opponent.
